My family loves trying foods and flavors from around the world. When my husband and I spent a few days in NYC, we stayed in a hotel near a Halal food cart. The line there was always soooo long. When we came home, I was determined to make tofu that was Middle Eastern inspired. This meal then became a favorite in our home. It tastes amazing and it is easy to assemble and bake. One of the things I love about cooking with tofu is that the tofu takes on the flavor of the sauce, making the sauce the real star of this recipe. Enjoy this easy and flavorful meal with your family!
